At Altius Group we strive to make a difference to our communities and over the years we have taken part in various activities to raise money for charitable causes.
Our Charity & Social team play a big part in organising some of the many fundraising – and fun – activities that we get involved in. Altius Group are proud of the contributions we have made and continue to make and we look forward to continuing to work with charitable organisations to make a positive impact to as many lives as we can. For example:
In 2023 Altius Group became a Partner of local charity Luv Preston and staff continue to donate to the Luv Preston food bank.
During 2023/24 our CEO Paul Miller and Altius Group are raising funds for charities Brian House Children’s Hospice, Blackpool and Newcastle Foodbank.
Paul, a life-long Newcastle United FC fan has agreed to donate £100 for every goal scored by the club during the season. The funds will be shared equally between the local Newcastle and Lancashire charities.
We are also proud of our partnership with Ecologi, whose mission is “to inspire and empower businesses to accelerate global climate action.” So far through the project we have funded planting of 8,770 trees and off-set 697 tonnes of CO2.
